Save the Date: Avalon Holiday Party on Saturday, December 9!

Some of our long-term homeowners have missed having a neighborhood holiday party and
newer residents have not experienced one in our community. This year we are planning a
progressive party on Saturday, December 9, starting at one home, then going to another
home, and ending at a third home with different food served at each. Details will be
forthcoming in future months.

Community Business Street Fair

Avalon residents who own their own businesses are invited to showcase them at a street
fair in Avalon sometime this fall. Coordination of it will be done through our website,
http://www.avalonhoasc.com. More details will follow.

Food Trucks Coming to Avalon

On Wednesday, July 26, Metro Concessions will be serving food at the intersection of
Annondale Road and Annondale Court from 5:00 to 7:00ish pm. Then on Wednesday,
August 2, Synchronicity Sweets ice cream truck will come to Wilts Court 5:00-7:00 pm.

Next HOA Meeting Tuesday, September 1 at 7:00 pm

Our monthly HOA meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 1 at 500 Wilts Court
starting at 7:00 pm. All homeowners are invited to attend to learn about current issues for
our community and to voice any concerns. You may also email the board any time at
theboard@avalonhoasc.com.
