Late Fee Has Begun for Overdue Annual Assessments
Those homeowners who have not paid their annual assessment should have received a certified letter stating that the 8% late fee has been applied. Checks for the new amount of $118.80 should be made payable to Avalon Homeowners Association with the homeowner’s street address in the memo line and mailed to Avalon Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 2473, Irmo, SC 29063. Payments made after August 1 without the late fee included will not be accepted. Venmo payments are no longer available.Revision of Avalon Covenants
Many of our covenants need to be revised. A summary of them is listed on our website. If you would like to give input regarding the revisions, direct them to theboard@avalonhoasc.com. They welcome your suggestions.New Landscaping Committee
A new committee has been formed for our neighborhood: Landscaping. The committee will have oversight of the landscaping at the entrance to Avalon and will work with the company we have hired.
