Annual Assessments Past Due
Each homeowner in Avalon should have received the annual assessment notice of $110 by mail with the due date of July 1. Payment must be received no later than Sunday, July 31 to avoid a late fee. Checks should be payable to Avalon Homeowners Association with the homeowner’s street address in the memo line and mailed to Avalon Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 2473, Irmo, SC 29063 in time to be received by Saturday, July 30. Receipts for checks will be placed by board members in newspaper boxes.Venmo payments are also available, which incur a $2.23 convenience fee and include an immediate receipt electronically. You must submit your total payment for $112.23.
Direct bank account transfers are not allowed unless written permission is obtained from the Board because those payments cannot be tracked sufficiently.

Revision of Avalon Covenants

The Resident Deputy assigned to us last year has been promoted and the Sheriff’s Department is working on assigning a new one for us to report to as a Neighborhood Watch community. Stay tuned for more details…Next HOA Meeting Tuesday, August 2 at 7:00 pm at 900 Wingfield Ct.
All Avalon homeowners are invited to attend our monthly HOA meetings to discuss issues, ask questions, etc. in person or virtually. To facilitate communication with our community, the board will be sending email blasts as needed. Please add theboard@avalonhoasc.com to your email address list.
