AVALON HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
November 3, 2021
MEETING LOCATION: Google Meet
EXECUTIVE SESSION : 6:30 pm. TO 7:00 pm
GENERAL SESSION
CALL TO ORDER: 7:00 pm
ATTENDANCE: Liz van Staveren, Pres, Mat Sturdevant, VP, Jane Borgstedt, Sect., Domingo Perez, Architectural Review Board COMMUNITY ATTENDANCE: None
- The agenda and minutes from the last meeting were reviewed and approved as is.
- The General Meeting was held via Google Meet due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.
A - BUDGET - The budget update has been moved to the December meeting due to landscaping bids and audit process.
B - PIR- There were two new requests (Kim and Jeff Clyburn at 217 Sandstone Rd. and Bryson and Jane Borgstedt at 500 Wilts Ct.) to have Bradford Pear trees removed. These will be looked into in the coming week.
C- Landscaping update: There are two bids that will be up for review by the Board to consider replacement of our current landscapers.
D - Community Events - The Halloween Party was a great success! Many thanks to the Croissants and all the helpers for always doing such a great job for our community.
E - Website/Facebook Update: We are pleased with our Facebook outreach. . . it seems that only productive comments have been received.
