Bring your family to our annual Halloween Party hosted by Robert and Sharon Croissant in Annondale Court on October 31. Refreshments will be provided, and costumes will be welcomed!

Remember to follow these Avalon Covenants:
- Renovating your porch? Changing your landscape? Be sure you fill out a PIR (Property Improvement Request) on the website first!
- What you listen to at night should be a secret from your neighbors. Please remember to check the volume between 9 PM to 7 AM.
- No publicly visible signs are permitted for your favorite roofer or handyman.
- Please be sure to move your campers, trailers, and boats out of public view.
- Doing some work on your vehicle? Please be sure to follow the CC&Rs and do it in your garage.
- If it is not trash pick-up day, remember to keep your containers, bags, and yard waste out of public view.
- Please do not park your car, trailer, camper, or boat in the community roadways or on your lawn. Vehicles should be parked in your garage or driveway. Trailers, Campers, Boats, and other ancillary devices should be stored out of public view.
- Political signs advocating for the election of candidates, sponsorship of a political party, issue, or proposal are all authorized no more than 90 days before the election and must be removed within 15 days.

To attend, join the Avalon Community Group on Facebook and look at the top of the page for Events, where you will see an invite to the meeting. By joining the event, you will receive a link to join the meeting. Microsoft Internet Explorer will not work so, please join using a modern browser such as Google. All residents are encouraged to participate.
