How to Join Our Online HOA Meetings
If you are interested in joining our monthly HOA virtual meetings, join the Avalon Community Group on Facebook and look at the top of the page for Events, where you will see an invite to the next month's HOA meeting. By joining the event, you will receive a link to join the meeting. Microsoft Internet Explorer will not work so please join using a modern browser such as Google's Chrome or Mozilla's Firefox.Save the Date: Sunday, October 31, 2021

Building Community in Our Neighborhood
We’d like to have a greater sense of community in Avalon. Let’s be courteous of our neighbors by monitoring noise levels, avoiding overnight street parking, etc. Also, if you want to be involved in one of the following, please contact a board member.
- Architectural Review Committee (receives property improvement requests)
- Neighborhood Watch Chair (liaison to our Deputy Sheriff)
- Social Committee (plan events for holidays, spring, yard sale, etc.)
