Neighborhood Watch
- Due to Covid-19, all programs are canceled until further notice.
- Complaints regarding speeding cars through the neighborhood and vehicles running the stop signs will be noted in this month's newsletter.

May 15th is the neighborhood garage sale. So fart we have 15 homes participating. Cindy and Stephanie will look into getting a food truck for the evening.
Welcome Team / New Residents
Charlie is getting the names of the recent buyers to Deb so that she can update the community directory.Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- The irrigation system is malfunctioning and needs to be reset. Cindy Peterson and Rich Mabie will review the instruction booklet to reset the timers.
- Cindy will meet up with the landscaper at the end of the month to choose flowers for the summer plantings.
