General Session
- The Agenda was reviewed and approved.
- The February 2021 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- The Treasurer's Report was reviewed and approved.
- The General Meeting was held via Zoom due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.
Neighborhood Watch
- Due to Covid-19 all programs are canceled until further notice.
ACC Property Improvement Request
- None
Upcoming Events
- A neighborhood Garage Sale is in the planning stages and a tentative date of May 15th has been set. Details will be posted on the Avalon Website.
- Food trucks will be coming back to our neighborhood this spring. Watch the message board for scheduled food trucks.

Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- Cindy will get an estimate for new lighting to be installed at both sides of the front entrance to replace the flood lights that are not in working condition. A cost of $600.00 was approved by the Board. Ronn is searching for estimates for installing security cameras and service at the front entrance.
Website Updates
- Mat Sturdevant has offered to continue as web master for another year. A big “Thank You” to Mat. Our website renewal is due as well as the fee for installing a program to secure our website files, only the board members can access and change the information on the website by using their assigned personal password. The 1 year fee of $530.00 was approved.
Open Forum
- Complaints regarding speeding cars through the neighborhood and vehicles running the stop signs will be noted in this months newsletter.
- Brandi gave the board the news that Lexington District 5 is lifting its zone freeze and Lexington 5 will be redistricting according to the School Board.
The new school included will be Piney Woods Elementary School. - Homeowners with Mail Boxes that need replacing or repairs can find the mail box company information on the website and in the March newsletter.
