General Session
- The Agenda was reviewed and approved.
- The January 2021 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- The General Meeting was held via Zoom due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.
Neighborhood Watch
- Due to Covid-19 all programs are canceled until further notice.
- Complaints regarding speeding cars through the neighborhood and vehicles running the stop signs will be noted in this months newsletter.

Upcoming Events
- AT&T will be installing new internet lines throughout the neighborhood sometime in March. All houses will be affected. AT&T will put notices on the doors when the work will start on each home.Ronn will send the official letter, that the HOA received, to Mat to post on the Avalon Website.
Welcome Team / New Residents
- The Easterbrooks, at 477 Annondale Road. Carol will email their information to Deb for the directory.
Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- Cindy met with Grey’s Landscaping last week, they will start our service in February and Cindy will as him to turn off the irrigation temporarily due to all the rain that we have had.
- We are researching the cost of new lighting (lanterns & spotlights) for the front entrance as well as the message board area and the cost of a security camera system for the front entrance. Ronn will have the estimate for the security camera system by the March meeting.
