AT&T Upgrade in Avalon!
AT&T has informed the Board that they will upgrade their infrastructure for installation of fiber and conduits during this year.- All homes will get the upgrade regardless of the provider.
- The work will be done at no cost to our community.
- A start date/timeline has not been set yet. Residents will be notified by door hangers 2-3 days prior to their construction.
- Digging will be fairly invasive under driveways. AT&T guarantees all disturbed areas will be returned to the like condition by the end of the construction project.
- AT&T information packet with details and contacts is posted on the Avalon website.
New Landscaping Company
We have a new landscaping business: Gray's Tree & Landscape.Safety in Avalon
- Drive carefully and avoid speeding.
- Watch for walkers, cyclists, and runners day and night.
- Come to a COMPLETE STOP at the 4-way stop.

It’s time to start our Spring Clean Up. Please do your part to keep Avalon a desirable neighborhood and maintain our image.- Prune trees and shrubbery.
- Please power wash your homes if mold is visible.
- No overnight parking of any type of vehicle is permitted under our HOA bylaws. Homeowners with vehicles in violation will receive letters asking for compliance.
