- The December 5, 2020 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- The Treasurer's Report was reviewed and approved.
- The General Meeting was held via Zoom due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.

- Due to Covid-19 all programs are canceled until further notice.

Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- Gray's Landscaping contract has been chosen for 2021 landscaping and upkeep and maintenance of the front entrance and common areas.
- Jim and Cindy will take down the front entrance Christmas decorations.
- Ronn will check the budget to see if new front entrance lanterns can be purchased and installed.
Message Board
- Mat and Russ did a great job designing the messages in December.
Open Forum
- Deb will have the 2021 Avalon Directory updated by the February meeting and will email the updated directory to the board members and welcoming committee.
