- The Agenda was reviewed and approved.
- The November 2020 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- The Treasurer's Report (verbal) was reviewed and approved.
- The General Meeting was held via Zoom due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.
Neighborhood Watch
- Due to Covid-19 all programs are canceled until further notice.
ACC Property Improvement Request
- None
Upcoming Events
- AT&T will be installing new internet lines throughout the neighborhood sometime in March. All houses will be affected. AT&T will put notices on the doors when the work will start on each home.Ronn will send the official letter, that the HOA received, to Mat to post on the Avalon Website.
Welcome Team / New Residents
- The Easterbrooks, at 477 Annondale Road. Carol will email their information to Deb for the directory.
Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- The deadline to submit landscaping bids is December 15.
Open Forum
- Homeowners walking their dogs are not picking up after their dogs, leaving the feces in others' yards. Doug Mader reminded Ronn about checking into estimates for security cameras for the front entrance.
- Decorating the front entrance for the holidays will be Friday December 4th at 4:00 PM. All volunteers are welcome.
