Halloween Party a Success!

A big THANK YOU to Robert and Sharon Croissant who planned the Halloween Party as well as purchasing the food and beverages. We had a good turnout despite COVID.

Holiday Decorating on December 4 

Several board members will be decorating the entrance and message board at 4:00p on Friday, December 4. If you would like to assist, just go to the entrance. Thank you.

Searching for a Landscaper

Does anyone have a landscaper that would like to bid on our new 2021 contract? The contract is for one year, January 1 through December 31. Specifications are listed in "official documents" on our website (www.avalonhoasc.com). Bids are due December 15 via mail or hand delivered to any of the HOA Board Members.

Everyone, please do your part to protect our community home values: maintain your yard, power wash mold off your house and trim, do not leave household/yard trash in view of our streets, and do not park vehicles on lawns or in the street overnight.

HOA Meeting via Zoom

Tuesday, December 1 at 7:00p
Our homeowners monthly meetings will continue via Zoom until further notice on the second Tuesday of each month.It is easy to join:

  1. Go to the Avalon website www.avalonhoasc.com and send an email requesting to join our meeting (or tell anyone of the board members).
  2. You will receive an email from Cindy Peterson with a link to join the meeting.
  3. At the time of the meeting, clink on the link. (If you do not have zoom on your electronic device, the site will direct you to download the app. It's free.)
  4. After clicking on the link to join the meeting, Zoom will ask you to enter your Meeting ID and then your Password (both found on the email from Cindy).
  5. Next you will click on the button to join the meeting.
  6. Zoom will send a message to the host to give you access to the meeting.
