- The Agenda was reviewed and approved.
- The September 2020 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- The General Meeting was held via Zoom due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.
Neighborhood Watch
- Due to Covid-19 all programs are canceled until further notice.
ACC Property Improvement Request
- No new business.
- The previous pergola construction issue has been resolved between the homeowners.

- A Big Thanks to Stephanie, Cindy and Brandi for your hard work organizing the trucks! The Food Trucks have been a huge success.
- The Annual Halloween Party will be held Halloween night in the Annondale Court with Covid-19 precautions and Avalon residents only. A sign in sheet and wrist bands will be provided as suggested by Brandi & Mat.

Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- The front entrance will be completed in phases. Phase 1: will remove trees and stumps behind both monuments by Jeff Gray Landscaping & Tree Removal. Remove brush and saplings behind the message board. We will get an estimate from Gray’s Landscaping as well as Ron will get a estimate from his landscaper for the plantings as well as a estimate from his irrigation guy.
