Halloween Party on Saturday, October 31!

Wear your costumes and bring your family to our annual Halloween Party! This year we need to follow the CDC guidelines for COVID. Everyone is encouraged to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Hot dogs, drinks and snacks will be provided and will be pre-wrapped. The party will take place in Annondale Court on October 31, time TBD. Watch for signs or check our website. This party is only for Avalon residents and their guests. Bracelets will be distributed to all Avalon homes prior to that day to help control attendance.

Property Improvement Forms

When making permanent alterations to your home or yard, please read our HOA covenants and fill out our PIR form to avoid issues if not compliant with property guidelines. All documents can be found on our website or you may contact a board member for assistance.
