General Session
- The Agenda was reviewed and approved.
- The 08/11/20 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- Treasurer Report was reviewed and approved.
- The General Meeting was held via Zoom due to the Covid-19 social distancing order.
- Ronn submitted the 2020-2021 Proposed Budget and it was approved and will be printed on the back of this month's newsletter.
- Mat will put the assessment letter on the web site as well as Steph Andersen’s up coming scheduled food trucks.
Home Improvement Requests
- Robert & Sharon Croissant at 805 Annondale Court, plans for in ground pool installation was approved.
- Doug will do a follow up on the pergola issue.
Neighborhood Watch
- Charlie contacted our resident officer and Due to Covid-19 all programs are canceled until further notice.
ACC Property Improvement Request
- Shelly McGeorge requests to widen her driveway.
Welcome Team / New Residents
- Charlie will inquire about the sale of 271 Sandstone Road.
Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- The board, landscaper and adjacent homeowners Thursday at 7pm to help design behind the Avalon monuments.
Open Forum
- Cindy will send a letter to the homeowner that tree branches are blocking the streetlight.
- Dominion Electric needs to be called regarding a burnt out streetlight that needs to be replaced.
- Mat will get and give Cindy the address of the homeowner to have them cut the branches away from the pole.
