General Session
- The Agenda was reviewed and approved.
- The 05/11/20 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.
- The Treasurer Report was reviewed and reviewed and approved.
- The general meeting was held via Zoom due to the COVID-19 social distance order.
- Ronn will have a budget proposal to present to the board in the next 2 weeks; he is researching insurance companies and will present quotes for board review.
Neighborhood Watch
- The board will be scheduling a neighborhood watch event in the near future. Charlie will contact our resident officer to see if it is possible to have the K-9 unit to return for a demonstration.
Upcoming Events
- Cindy Peterson and Stephanie Anderson are organizing return of food trucks.
- Brandi is organizing a "Freecycle Event" in the near future.

Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area
- The board accepted the landscaping proposal from Ryan Bennett of Blue-Line Landscaping to pick up where Andrew of Green Innovations left off. A quote for a new irrigation system will be submitted for board approval.
