Avalon HOA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Meeting Location: 149 Sandstone Road

Call to Order: 7:00 PM

General Session

  1. The Agenda was reviewed and approved as is.
  2. The 11/05/2019 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as is.

Neighborhood Watch

  1. Questions were asked regarding which jurisdiction we are in, Lexington or Irmo. Charlie was going to call Chip Huggins.
  2. Ronn suggested calling his security monitoring service to come talk to the board regarding possible installation of security cameras at the front entrance.

ACC Property Improvement Request

  1. None

Landscaping Front Entrance - Common Area

  1. Bushes obstructing the entrance sign needs to be trimmed or taken out and replaced.
  2. We will contact Alfonso for a quote on pine straw and installation for the front entrance.
  3. New entrance lighting fixtures need to replace the old, rusted ones.

Open Forum

  1. We need to go through and check the bi-laws regarding placement and installation of solar panels.
  2. No newsletter will be distributed this month.
